Regarding your order
Is there a minimum order value?
At Arutti, there is no minimum oder value.
Is it mandatory to open a user account to place orders?
For us to guarantee a quick and smooth ordering procedure and customer support it is mandatory to open an account once.
Is there a maximum order value?
At Arutti, there is no maximum order value. However, there might be limits set by the payment providers.
Is it possible to place orders by telephone?
Unfortunately, at Arutti it is not possible to place orders by telephone. If you have any questions regarding placing an online order, a complaint or the processing returns please do not hesitate to use our contact form to get in touch with us.
What happens when products ordered are out of stock?
We constantly attempt to comply fast processing of the orders. However, if products are out of stock there might be a delay of approximately two weeks. In such a case, you will be immediately contacted by e-mail. For delays and inconveniences we kindly thank you for your understanding.
Shipping and delivery
Do you deliver a product abroad?
At Arutti it is possible to get goods delivered to EU Countries. Delivery outside the EU will be available soon. For more details, we would like to refer to the information regarding shipping costs. While selecting the country of delivery during the ordering process the shipping costs will be displayed.
How much are the shipping costs?
While selecting the country of delivery during the ordering process the shipping costs will be displayed. In general, the shipping costs for national shipment amount to EUR 8.95 per item. When shipping products internationally, shipping costs can amount to EUR 25.00-50.00 depending on whether member country of the European Union or not. Our shipments of goods are insured.
Is it possible to get parcels delivered to packing stations and parcel shops?
Unfortunately, at Arutti it is not possible to get parcels delivered to packing stations and parcel shops.
How long are the delivery times?
The delivery period for shipments within Germany is usually 10-14 working days, while for shipments within the European Union 14-17 working days and outside the European Union 18-22 working days (currently not possible). We would like to explicitly point out that there might be a delay delivering a product abroad due to respective provisions of national law.
What can I do when my parcel did not arrive?
Generally, our products will be shipped with tracking numbers, which will be announced to you immediately after shipment. In case of disproportionate exceedance regarding our given delivery times, please write us an email to email@example.com.
Payment and security
Which means of payment will be accepted?
As means of payment we accept credit card, debit, Payment in advance and Paypal. Payment cash on delivery is not acceptable.
How secure is my personal information?
The security of your personal information is our highest priority and we protect your personal information with maximum care. More detailed information about data security is available at the data protection directive on our website.
Are my online payments secure?
We are committed to protecting your personal information with state of the art technology. The SSL (Secure Socket Layer) transfer, used by us, encrypts the transferred data with 128-bit, to guarantee that your personal information cannot be read by third parties. In addition, unauthorized access to your data is prevented by using the most advanced firewalls.
Revocation, cancellation and return
What can I do, when the ordered goods do not meet with my expectations?
When the ordered goods do not meet with your expectations, there is the possibility to return the goods to: Arutti GmbH – Department eCommerce, Lupinenweg 2, 61118 Bad Vilbel, Germany, firstname.lastname@example.org, phone: +49 6101 65928400 within 2 weeks from the receipt of the products. To execute your right of withdrawal you have to inform us by means of definitve declaration (e.g. by email, phone or letter) of your decision to cancel this contract. Therefore, you can use the standard withdrawal form, which is however not mandatory.
The purchase agreement will be dissolved after receipt of the returned goods and the money will be returned via the method of purchase.
please notice the following information resulting from the new EU Consumer Directive valid as of 13 June 2014:
- Returns: you will bear the costs for the return shipment. Please return only parcels to us with postage paid by the sender.
- In case of false deliveries or defective products, we will of course send you a sticker for the return.
Please note that items must be returned in a condition appropriate for having been checked normally by customers – more or less the same as if you had tried them on in a store – and that items must still have the original tags on them. We reserve the right to refuse items returned in a worsened condition such that indicates additional usage, and to charge you accordingly.
If you would like to exchange an item, than you must complete a new order for the desired item. Unfortunately, a direct exchange or offsetting the price of one item against another is not possible.
What do I have to bear in mind, in the case of a revocation ?
You are entitled to revoke the contract within fourteen days without giving any reasons. The period for revocation is fourteen days and starts upon receipt of the final delivery by you or a nominated third party, other than the carrier.
To execute your right of withdraw you have to inform us (Arutti GmbH – Department eCommerce, Lupinenweg 2, 61118 Bad Vilbel, email@example.com, Telefon: +49 6101 65928400) about your decision to withdraw from the contract by a clear statement (e.g. a letter, phone or email). Therefore, you can use the standard withdrawal form, which is however not mandatory.
The timely dispatch of the revocation is sufficient in order to safeguard the period of revocation.
